Molly's Best Brown arrives a cloudy medium brown (remember, One Guy beers are unfiltered) kind of like a glass of fresh brewed iced tea - with about a finger of light tan head. Minimal lacing is left on the glass with each sip. Smells of lightly roasted, fruity malt giving way to a clean and mild bready aroma. Taste is pleasantly bitter up front along with the same bready notes carried over from the aroma. The bitterness fades quickly in the aftertaste. A notch above medium in both body and carbonation. A very clean drinking example of an English Brown and a really nice session beer. Certainly worth a try if you ever find yourself in the area.
