Born from the second running of an upcoming baltic porter and fermented with maple syrup and figs. Arrived in a third liter glass. Appears a murky deep chestnut color with about an inch of creamy ecru foam. Nose and flavors consist of medium roasted grains, milk chocolate, figs, toasted raisin bread, sweetness becomes more apparent as the porter warms. Decent body with ample carbonation levels and a bitter, slightly roasty finish.
