-Served from a growler.

A: Dirty orange coloring shows a steady but leisure rise of medium dense effervesce. A beige late forming head is adequate at first pour, but becomes more dominate on additional pours, perhaps due to the sticky residual maltiness lining the glass. The lacing is good on the coverage with spongy dabs sporadically about the glass.

S: The aroma is filled with sweet orange and lemons mixing with a sweet caramel scent. Deep down appears to be a nice grainy presence, smells like pilsner malt, dry with some grainy feed notes. Toasty and flowery scents come on the close of moderate strength.

T: Dry and grainy with some toasted munich and pilsner malts (not sure of the grain base). Really clean delivery, dry flowery hops, almost of noble origins with a warming of alcohol and warming flowers appearing on the finish. Light hints of pine as well.

M: Medium base, good consistency, oily and creamy texture. Light carbonation gives this a quick and slippery exit off the tongue.

O: Overall a toasty dry amber ale with some alcohol kick on the back end. Malt forward, good overall with some body and substance. Intermittent sipper. A growler may be a bit much at one sitting alone. Feels like in the 7's abv% wise.

The new Amber Ale from Berwick Brewing.

A: Pours a cloudy amber/copper color with a two finger bright head with good retention. Leaves a fair amount of lacing on the glass.

S: Not really a lot going on here. Some notes of caramel malt and faint aroma of hops

T: The maltieness and caramel notes balance nicely with the small amount of hop bitterness in the finish.

M: Well carbonated but smooth, a bit oily. Very nice for the style.

D: Great drinkabilty. A very nice summer beer that goes down smooth and easy.
