An excellent brew and great example of the style. Smoky but not so much that its cloying. Alcohol is well masked, so go easy with it, cause you could easily drink too much of this tasty concoction.

A: A light brass toned coloring had a pristine clarity that was so neat you could read fine print through it. No visible indications of carbonation as poured from the growler. The head was thin, 1/2 inch, with a bready like coloring and texture that was only shortly experienced. Some lace stickage.
S: Sweet smoked meat, spicy pork, bacon aroma is strongly evident and enticing. Smoked glazed ham with dried cooked pineapple. Aroma is sweet and spicy, and lingering. You may want to stick around here for a bit.
T: Sweet smoked meat and grains for flavor, spicy pork, bacon and glazed ham that was gentle and soothing, and very flavorful against a pale smoky malt backing. Sugary sweet smoked grain was meaty and tasty.
M: Medium bodied, spicy, sweet, smoky on the hold.
O: Overall great balance, spicy, soothing and smoky with an aroma that makes you keep on enjoying. Very cleanly brewed, light and flavorful, growler worthy and one that hopefully finds itself on rotation. I would love to see them serve this with a pig roast in thier beer garden. Sweet and smoky, inviting to those new to style, the name says it all. Very good, easy session drinkability.
