a: From the growler poured a mid-orange in the vessel with a light moderate pass of effervesce. A two finger head was linen white in color and shows a good rate of retention. Small windows of framed lacing remains.
S: Biscuity-lemony aroma, sweet and crisp, with a sweet lemony flower appeal. Fresh barley, soft flour and grains, decent sense of delivery.
T: Sweet lemony-citrus toasted grain flavor upfront. Mid-range dry hoppiness, sweet pine with a light dry fade. Sweet and toasty, but with a spicy bite from the hops. Toasted breadiness really stands out.
M: Mouthful serves up a soft tingly sensation of carbonation, buttery caramel and mid bodied experience. Slighty dry toasted character on the hold with a nice lingering effect on the finish. Crisp, bready, dry with a toasty feel.
O: Overall another good show of hops and toasted malt sweetness support. Props to Berwick for allowing this in growler serving to promote beer advocacy and share the wealth from this little community. Easy drinking, toasty warm, sweet, lightly dry hop nature, keep up the good work.
