BB 01-02-08. Nice and lasting white head and opalizing pale golden beer. Nose is very green malty, grainy, orange, sweetish and IMO quiet style like however how should this smell? Full taste also, enormously malted, bit sweetish, low bittered, herbal and overal well balanced certainly after some sips. Alcohol noticable but not overpowering. Yes I realy enjoyed this one though not my style.
Note: says on the bottle creee en 1989 and having a BB date almost 20 years later.... limeted/one time offering... huh
And retired; gues not!

First brewed to commemorate the bicentennial of the execution of Robespierre, one of the radical leaders of the French Revolution. The beer is a golden color with a huge head that leaves some nice lace. The aroma is hoppy (floral)and fruity (apples). It has a smooth body with some nuttiness to it and a dry finish.
