Paris 2/4 2026. 50 cl from tap at Le Bac St. Michel, Boulevard Saint Michelle, Paris 6e.

Pours slightly unclear golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.

Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor with some yeasty notes and a little alcohol. Pale malts, humid cellar and sugar.

Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a yeasty boozy touch. Lingers for a while. Finish is sweet with a touch of alcohol.

Too much sugar and too little alcohol.
