Served in a Riedel Vinum Extreme flute. Pretty, very slightly hazy, bright golden color, with basically no head. Beautiful streams of tiny bubbles. Smells like fresh fruits along the lines of peach and apple, with a moderate dose of vinegar and some slight funk, quite appetizing. Tastes nicely sour, with a good balance between sharp and savory acetic and clean tart lactic acid notes, salinity, and delicious orchard and stone fruit flavors. Glad to get the chance to try this - thanks Daniel!
