Hazy gold with a tight tall frothy head.
Extremely floral aroma. Peppery. Bananas.
It's like an ipa saison hybrid. Citrus and floral. Banana and clove. Very boozy on the tail end.
Syrupy and heavy mouthfeel.
Good beer, but with and identity crisis.

Served in a snifter at the brewery.
Arrives with a half finger thick, off-white head that dissipates into a sticky lace above the body and on the glass's sides. The body is a glowing dark amber and orange with a cloudy look. 4.25
Fresh grapefruit dominates the nose. It's got the citrus peel zest and hints of caramel. 4.25
Huge grapefruit, zest, and citrus abound on the palate. Smooth caramel flavors works throughout and really smooths this out.
4.25
Effervescent, tangy and featuring a hop bite up, there's still smooth character here from the malts. The finish is a lingering zest and bitterness. 4.25
Excellent brew. SFBC did well with this.
