Pours a soft golden yellow with a nice white head. Aroma is prickly grassiness, sweet biscuit, and some earthiness from the lager yeast. Flavor is clean and follows suit. Creamy, thin, active mouthfeel. Overall, right there with 7K IPA as my favorite work by SFBC. Great beer.
