there have been a few iterations of this, but its peach now, and its pretty good. i sometimes fear this sort of thing, so many are over fruited, and while this is pretty bold, there is enough wheat beer character in it to keep it away from the cloying cheaper tasting ones, of which there are many, so props for keeping it wheaty here. uniformly hazy blonde yellow beer but still light looking, short white head, perhaps a little less carbonated than it could be, and this really is something very simple overall, white wheat malt, near neutral ferment, no hops appreciable in aroma or flavor at all, and quite a lot of peach character, floral with an almost jasmine intensity to it, a little candied and dosed intensely enough to seem artificial, even if its actually pretty peachy, lightly perfumed in the nose, a bit permanent on the palate in the flavor, but again, the wheat kind of saves it, grounds it and gives it balance, and there is not so much residual sugar here that its problematic, still a pint beer. simplicity is the name of the game here, its a bit feminine and overdone, but its also pretty pleasant when its nice and cold, hits that bellini note, and feels very summery. not among their best beers, but i can see the appeal...
