Got this on draft at the brewery. Poured into a frosty pint glass. See my Irish Red review. It poured a cloudy straw color and a very small amount of white head. Head retention was horrible, No lacing, and it was under carbonated. The aroma was almost non existant. I actually smelled my glass of water and could discern very little difference. The body was very light, much like drinking seltzer water. No flavor, no aroma. Honestly, one of the worst beers I have ever had.

Served from a 12oz bottle

A-Poured into a pint glass, high clarity, golden brown in color. Not much of a head to speak of and minimal lacing.

S-Not too much going on in the nose. A small amount of cereal grain and some yeast lingering around in there.

T-Not too shabby. This is what the big macro's would taste like in a perfect world. Light, refreshing, some light toasted grains, a light touch of green apples (yeast maybe). Nothing overwhelming but an overall balanced easy drinking beer. Patio pounder of a beer.

M-Really nice for the style, just viscous enough while remaining light.

D-Its a pretty solid offering. Lawnmower beer or a great intro into good micros.

Poured from 12oz bottle into 16oz Samuel Adams Perfect Pint glass.

Appearance: Pours a light caramel/amber color with a large, off-white head that dissipates slowly, yielding a thick ring of foamy lace.

Smell: Mells of buttery malt and grain with slight floral hints.

Taste: Begins with buttery sweetness, finishing with some light grapefruit flavors and an herbal hint.

Mouthfeel: Medium body with balanced carbonation and a somewhat dry finish.

Drinkability: Not a great beer overall, but this one could make for some great sessioning. I'd have it again, though it wouldn't be my first choice for a brew. Very solid, and again, a flavorful session beer.

Pours a clear, pale yellow color. 1/5 inch head of a white color. Poor retention and slight lacing. Smells of yeast, sweet malt, and a hint of hop. Fits the style of an American Blonde Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp with an average carbonation level. Tastes of strong yeast, sweet malt, slight grain, and slight citrus (orange?). Overall, below average appearance, weak aroma, but nice body.

It is a golden color with a good head and lace. There is medium carbonation. The uses of different grains are apparent in both the aroma and in the taste. There is a crisp hops taste and as I stated before use of cereal grains and malt are noticeable. Overall, a very clean and crisp beer.
