The red was a solid performer - coming to the table in the big 22 oz mug - showing a clear amber with a nice frothy ivory head.
And the aroma - nice pop of hops, leading into a pine/citrus hop combo mixed in with the malt backbone. Even a bit of doughy bread to help add balance to this brew.
In summary, a very nice and tasty beverage. Crisp and semi-sharp finish. Better order one up, a fine American style red ale.
