Got this Wheat Ale called "Toasted Wheat" on tap at the brewery. This wheat ale poured a cloudy golden color. It produced a white head that did not hang around very long. Poor head retention which is a common theme of Buffalo's beers. Lacing was below average, only trace amounts of lace left behind. The aroma had very fait notes of wheat....almost no aroma was present. The taste was barely average. Very light beer, watery, some wheat taste was present, but not much else going. I guess this beer would be better then a glass of water on a hot day, but not by much. I continue to be disappointed with Buffalo Brewing.
