pours red and sticky, perfectly clear with a small white froth on top. looks like ithaca's cascazilla, and smells like a tamer fresher version. definitely a wet hop beer, has that subtle earthy thing going on, with hop essence throughout the flavor. nice amber malt body and a great finish. seems maybe just a touch dilluted in the mouthfeel, but thats not uncommon with a wet hop. best beer at buffalo by far in my opinion. i think the abv must be up around 7%. very drinkable pint.

Served on tap at the brewery in a pint glass. This American Amber Ale pours a clear amber red color. It produces a thin white head that had average retention. Good amount of lacing left on the glass. The aroma was comprised of toasted malt, caramel, and piney hops. The ale is medium in body, has a nice toasted malt base, hints of sweet caramel and grassy hops strike a nice balance. Excellent session beer- its still a little thin, not much of a head, but for Buffalo Brewing standards, this is by far my favorite offering thus far. The ale has a nice crisp finish. I would sample this again.
