On-tap at Novare Res (Portland, ME).
Pours a rich, shining gold. A finger's head sticks around the whole way though. Aroma is very clean, almost grassy, with a touch of citrusy hops.
Flavor is very, well, creamy. I am pretty sure that this was either poured via cask or nitro-tap, as the overall carbonation was extremely low. Flavor was buttery and light, with a decent hop bite. Insanely smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Delicious, fresh beer.
