This Vienna style ale is brewed using all German ingredients, including a lot of Wiener malt from our German malt supplier. Very smooth and easy to drink.

Poured on-tap and served in a pint glass, the beer is a deep, ruby-brown coloring with a thin film of off-white head. Meaty and old world fruit aromas. Good cling all over the glass. Flavors are rich and sweet old world fruit, especially plum and date, sweetness on a light, almost watery body. Very rich. The aftertaste is super cloying, with a rich, dark sweetness. The finish. is cloying, also, with a slight linger, but cleans quickly despite the strong and heavy flavors.

In a pint glass the beer was a nice mahogany color. The head was tiny to non-existent.
Not that much in the aroma. I picked up some sweet malt, and that was pretty much it.
Light caramel taste, a bit of crisp hops.
Not bad. I guess I could call it inoffensive. One was enough for me.

On tap poured into a pint glass.
Pours a deep mahogany brown with a very small head. Nose is a bit bland and tame, malty and that's it.
Taste is very rich and smooth, malty with a light and crisp hop bite that finished with a touch if caramel, quite good!
