We took a batch of our Ace Hole APA and dosed it up with some Belgian yeast adding a nice peppery spice to the Sorachi Ace and Citra hops. Very limited availability.

Poured on-tap and served in a pint glass, the beer is a batch of MW's Ace Hole Pale with some added Belgian yeast to spice it up a bit. The brewery refers to this brew as being "very limited." The beer is a bright, copper-amber color with a thin, white, frothy, white film covering. Hoppy nose, with grapefruit and peppery hops. The flavor is resiny, and the light hopping spice and slight malty backbone do a decent job of balancing the palate. The aftertaste is very mild, with a resiny and green hops profile, with a smooth, creamy finish. Decent brew. Mild flavors, but put together very well.
