My dad picked up a growler at MW/3T, and apparently this beer was made for a wedding of one of the employees. No samples available, only growlers of the leftovers for sale. Poured from the growler, the beer is a caramel coloring with a fluffy, oily, off-white film on the surface. Nose of caramel and toffee, with lemony sweet highlights. Flavors of roast and resiny hops on the forward tongue, with honey and lemon sweet to follow. Herbal and pepper spices at the end of the palate, into a tangy sweet and spiced aftertaste. Slick, dry finish. Tasty brew, and very easy to drink.
