Bottle enjoyed in a GSB snifter.

Brew pours a crisp transparent yellow. There is a fizzy head and some lively carbonation post pour but it is gone in a moment.
Nose is soft wheat and a bit tart...dill and cucumber are present but soft on the nose until the first sip and then it becomes much more noticeable.
Very crisp and refreshing with a very soft silky feel. Taste is grassy tart leading with dill and cucumber.
Interesting take on the style. Great for the summer.

A: The beer is crystal clear pale light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that rapidly dissipated, leaving only a handful of bubbles on the surface and a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of sourness are present along with some notes of cucumbers.
T: The taste starts out like a Berliner Weissbier and has a little bit of lactic acid sourness but this transitions towards flavors of cucumbers that linger into the finish.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a low to moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink and is an interesting twist to the style—you can most definitely taste the cucumbers and they seem to cancel out most of the sourness and tartness that you would normally expect from a beer of this nature.

Pours an extremely pale straw color. Probably the lightest beer I have seen. The head is small and sudsy and settles into nothingness. Looks like water out of a bad tap.

The aroma is slightly grainy. It has a hint of the wheat malt. Slightly sour.

The taste is lightly sour. Light wheat malt bill. Not much from the cucumber as expected as it's not an aggressive flavor. Don't get the tzatziki flavor at all. Meh, not even all that sour.

The feel is light and crisp, clean finish. Good palate cleanser.

A miss by GSB. No off flavors but way too light. Even for a straight berlinaner Weiss it is too light. The cucumber adds nothing. It's refreshing so there is that.
