Served in a pint glass from the bottle.
Appearance; Medium brown Amber with a more than average bubbling to the body. Head is off-white rising almost a finger's length.
Smell: Light nutmeg and ginger but bland as it gets.
Taste: Light malt, a bit spicy consisting of ginger and hit of cinnamon. Has a sour feel which definitely makes me frown a bit on the beer.
Mouth: Sticky but not the best after taste you want. Has a dry feel which could use some tweaking.
Overall: Descent beer, I have had much better from great South Bay. Enjoy it only if it's free...Salud

This stuff is just awful, tastes completely artificial, and nothing like ginger bread cookies. Don't know how anyone can like this.

Pours a cola like brown color with a short wispy head.
The aroma is spicy with strong notes of ginger and perhaps nutmeg. Definitely smells like a dark ginger snap.
The taste is of cola and gingerbread. Some clove and nutmeg. The malt is thin and provides some tea flavors. Kind of reminds me of a hard root beer.
The feel is light and quite carbonated. Sweet and spicy on the palate with a drying finish.
An ok spiced brew. Can't really have more than one. Reminds me more of a soda. The flavor lingers and affects the taste of other subsequent beers.
