A: The beer is essentially jet black in color and only has traces of dark brown near the edge of the glass. It poured with a short tan head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of dark malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste has is rather chocolatey and has flavors of dark malts along with hints of roasted malts.
M: It feels medium-bodied and somewhat dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This stout is chocolatey and dry but seems like it could use more nitrogen and smoothness for the mouthfeel.
