A - Black colored pour with a thin even layer of creamy, toffee colored lacing resting on top.
S - Moderate cocoa roast, some coffee aroma, vanilla, and some cream aroma.
T - Coffee bean, chocolate char, vanilla, lactose / cream, and ends with a lingering coffee roast and pine bitterness on the back side.
M - Thick, viscous, lip smacking sticky, and a dry finish on the palate.
O - I'm actually blown away by how smooth this beer is for 14%, residual heat is kept at a minimum. I can comfortably say this is well worth trying but it is dangerously drinkable so beer nerd beware. ;o)
