Barely foggy gold with all kinds coral lacing drawing from the puffy but short off-white head.
Lightly dank pine sap pairs with a little citrus and a touch of cracker.
Classic. Maybe too classic? Quite presumptuous of me, but much like the pilsner I had before this, I'm getting such deft-handed craft vibes that I'm associating this heavily trafficked yet small brewpub's pale ale with Sierra Nevada's. I just did not expect this sort of quality, but the server assured me they are brewing this beer right here in Springdale.
The medium body has a firm yet fine froth and finishes semi-dry.
