18 MONTH BARREL-AGED SAISON. Our house saison, barrel aged to sour this farmhouse ale. From the initial tartness, we accent it with raspberry puree to compliment the peppercorn spiciness saison flavor profile. Leaving a wild finish in your mouth, this is one sour that will keep you sippin' snifter after snifter.
