Bee Hoppy Honey Kölsch

This is our take on the Honey Kölsch style, but with a hop harvest twist. To celebrate hop season, we used copious amounts of traditional German hops to create a drinkable hoppy kölsch beer for crisp evenings. A simple malk bill that is paired with 30 pounds of honey to create just enough sweetness to form the backbone of this beer.
