As per the bartender, this is a Belgian triple aged in oak barrels for four month. Advertised IBU of 40.

Served in tulip.

A - Very dark amber, almost brown in colour. A thin layer of cream coloured head formed and quickly receded to a few scattered bubbles.

S - Fruity, floral, spicy. Not much Belgian yeast characteristics. Some sweet malts present in the background. ABV slightly noticeable.

T - Big oak notes up front that give way to lighter Belgian yeast, brown sugar and floral notes. The alcohol is slightly warming throughout.

M - Medium body. Moderate carbonation.
