Caramel color with a nice white head of about 1 1/2" thick.
Smell, great hop smell followed by the grains and malt within.
Taste, good bitter upfront but finishes very smooth. Good beginner's DIPA balances out the bitter with the malt that it carries.
Overall a good DIPA for Tamarack they keep tings fresh and new at the brewery. Well done, I'll go down for another growler soon!
