A: Pours a dark copper color with a nice tan head. Active carbonation and nice lacing.
S: Not a whole lot going on here but some caramel and maybe a touch of floral hops.
T: Some sticky caramel dominates the flavor of this one, as it should, and the whole time you drink this you just taste the sweet bready malt.
M: Smooth, well carbonated, almost sticky.
D: Not a bad beer at all, easy to drink for sure.

Enjoyed on-tap at the Dark Horse Tavern, home of Honest Town Brewery. Presented in an imperial pint glass.
Arrived with a 1/2" tan head above the dark reddish brown brew. Head lasts reasonably well, with excellent lacing. Aroma is minimal but balanced. Taste is grain husks upfront, rich maltiness in the middle, with a slightly bitter close. Mouthfeel was very smooth, soft over the tongue, and drinkability was very good. made it easy to have a couple.
