A welcoming introduction to the world of sour beers... Our Blackberry Crush is made from a Berliner Weisse base and then we add copious amounts of blackberries to make this beer really pop. Light, crisp and refreshing.

On tap at the brewery tonight and once over the weekend... Pours daaarrrk, almost black... Purple highlights only show when you get toward the end of the goblet and hold it up to a light... Head is a persistent tan with a hint of purple. Tart and tannic, berry essence only survives on the nose if you inhale deeply and then again faintly mid-palate in the flavor... The tiniest bit of residual sweetness would go a long way to making the berries pop... A bit of lemon with warmth.. Light bodied and pretty drinkable, but would burn my belly probably after a while.
