Fresh ground pepper in your beer? No? Why not? We added just a dash of white pepper into this peach sour to give it the right balance of tart and zing. Pepper in your beer? We thought so... 7.8% ABV and 4 IBU

Got the mini growler filled tonight at the Boise pub for a pretty reasonable $12ish... Enjoyed tonight from my Teku.. Pours hazy golden with a foamy white head... Sorta looks like the Bellini my wife had Saturday with brunch... Sorta smells like it too... Lemon/light lactic note with big peach essence.. Peach on the palate is just the essence, it seems all the sugars are gone leaving a crisp drier than expected tartness.. White peppercorn is is there but only if you know what you are looking for, more of a subtle pepper note with a slight bite of heat. Body is definitely bigger than Tonya's Berliners... This is pretty enjoyable... And very well done.
