Enjoyed at their tap room, pours a deep amber with minimal head and lacing. This guy's definitely got the pink bubblegum nose thing going on, as the prior reviewer suggests. There's some tart fruit here as well, but it's dominated by a more bruised fruit presence. All in all - decent beer - not so much to style, but enjoyable. Cheers!

On tap at Boise location. Dark brown/ ruby pour , thin head, initial pit fruit aroma, gets cloyingly sweet from there on out. Almost there, but not quite

Draft at the Boise pub tonight... $5ish for a nice snifter... Pours a clear chestnut/deep amber.. Nose shows light clovey phenols with some persistent pink bubblegum.. light apple fruitiness... Flavor mirrors the aroma but a dry toasty note also rises up with warmth. Bigger body with decent bubble... I would guess this more of a Belgian Dubbel or perhaps a darker saison than a BdG, but it is still pretty well done... I want to see 10 Barrel experiment and master more Belgian yeasts.
