Mini-growler fill tonight from the Boise pub... Enjoying it from my CBC goblet... Pours hazy golden/orange with a thin white head.. Nose is standard 10 Barrel lactic hit with a nice smack of nectarine, chili aroma emerges slightly with warmth, but only a little bit. Chili emerges as a green/sorta smoky essence with mild heat that really takes about half a glass to build, but even then it never gets out of control... The nectarine notes are unmistakable but a little light... Man.... That is good... The acid is not too heavy and balances the peach nicely and allows the chili to come through. I've had peach jam with chipotle before and this beer is definitely reminiscent. Extremely tasty and very unique.

Pours a thin head on a hazy straw body.
The aroma is sour and barnyard funky.
The taste is tart peach and a little pepper. Nice.
The texture is crisp and fizzy.
Enjoyable.
