We brewed an all grain Pilsner and then dry hopped it with a bunch citra hops! Creating a light crisp lager with amazing hop flavor and aroma. You just found your new hoppy session beer.

Draft at Boise brewpub. Pushing the envelope towards an American pale ale. Pale golden with small, soft head. Mild hoppy aroma, grows stronger in taste. Piney flavors, accent the grain bill. Blind, I would never guess a pils.

Draft at the Boise pub tonight... Clear bright straw yellow with a persistent white head... Crisp with good bitterness and bright hop aroma... Very drinkable PNW take on a Pilsner. The Citra notes work really well with the good clean lager base.... Awesome.
