We snagged some Pinot barrels from Lange Estate winery and within 24 hours we replaced their wine with our uber Berliner Weiss. It got tucked away in the brewery for a year to age and if that’s not enough, we also finished it off with huckleberries to make it pop.

Isn't that a pretty color? Slightly hazed pinkish with a slight orange tinge... Really bright berry aroma and flavor.. Barrel notes really compliment this all around.. No hints of the ABV. The huckleberry notes are pretty front and center with a lemony lactic punch and then a slightly tannic vinous barrel note.. More full mouthfeel than a standard 10 Barrel Berliner. This one is special.
