Made for the 2015 Portland Peche Fest.
We took a peach sour and aged it for a year in Pinot Noir barrels. Just the right amount of tart and fruitiness makes this sour as tasty as it is complex.

Draft from the Boise pub... pours very hazy light orange with an okay white head... Looks actually alot like the peach nectar my wife uses to make Bellinis. Nose is thick peach... almost like canned peaches from grade school fruit cocktail... a bit of barrel and vinous presence helps dry out the heavy fruit profile... Much more tart on the palate... lactic and a little acidic on the finish. Light barrel presence again, this time on the finish. Body is definitely thicker than expected for a 5% beer. Really very good.
