A single hop pale ale brewed with New Zealand Motueka hops. This hop has characteristics of lemon, lime and hints of tropical fruit. Using a single hop variety allows us and you to see what the hop is all about.

Draft at the Boise pub... Pours clear light amber with a good foamy white head. Standard 10 Barrel big hoppines with just hints of light toast malt and pale malt... Hoppiness is citrus with some background melon and a sorta grassiness. Pretty good pale ale.... Not sure about the use of the hop, but I'm happy I got a chance to try it.
