On tap at Boise brewery. Don’t be fooled by the spice/herb/vegetable, this is a white IPA through and through, and a good one to boot. Pale golden with soft white airy head, floral/hoppy nose gives way to sweet, spicy hoppy taste. Well balanced and very easy to drink.

Draft at the Boise pub... CLearish darker golden... nice white head with good lacing... Big lemony citrus essence combines with the Coriander very nicely... Spicy yeastiness is punctuated by a drier than expected flavor with just hints of pale maltiness.. some pear/green apple estery notes appear with warmth.
Didn't really care for the bigger ABV, made the Belgian yeasty notes pop too much IMO, but still a good beer.

Pours a finger of head on a clear straw body.
The aroma is spices and dry grains.
The taste is sweet but balanced with a mild bitterness.
The texture is crisp.
It's enjoyable.
