Highly drinkable beer with notes of honey and fresh ginger. Light on color but not on taste. So how you gonna' kick it?

Very slightly hazed pale golden with a wispy white head.. splotchy lacing... Ginger is the big player here, across the board... ginger. Not overpowering, but spicy with a dry beer that really allows the ginger to move from front to back. Pretty drinkable and would probably be okay with curry or some Chinese food... but one glass was PLENTY for me.
