This ancient German style tart wheat beer was given a little twist with the addition of 350 pounds of freshly roasted Casper Pumpkins, toasted coriander, salt and bay leaf.

Mini growler from the Boise pub... Pours clear, polished golden... no real head.. coriander and bay leaf are pretty strong, but not over the top.. light lemony note.. Body is light with okay bubble.. Not getting anything in the way of pumpkin.
