Love this time of year, fresh hopped IPA's. This is a really good beer, nice hop aroma, medium head, nice color and easy drinking. What more could you want from an IPA. 50 IBUs Rated 9-30-2018

really solid wet hop brew here, one of the stars of the season for me, fresh centennial, nice nutty honey malt base, in the pale ale range even with some decent bitterness, fabulous balance, clean ferment, decidedly northwestern. the hops are oily, saturated, and full in here both in aroma and flavor, for me its wet pine, christmas tree style, and a whole heap of whole oranges just juiced, peels and pith and all, as such it has a sort of wintery complexion, but this really is the essence of the harvest, immediately obviously wet hops, sticky and piney and still a little grassy and vegetal in the smell to me. a honey nut cereal thing from the grain, not quite english, also strikingly fresh, and just sweet enough to sort of highlight and extend the finish, i burp these delicious fresh hops for hours. no real burn here, but a distinct plant-like element, not problematic chlorophyll or anything, but slightly greener than others, i like it, it makes this stand out, doesnt seem unintentional, seems like a deeper expression of the hops. these guys are making some incredible hoppy beer, i sometimes dont think they get enough credit for it, this really is up there with the best of the season, certainly among the most memorable. loved it fresh from the tap!

Fresh hop version at Boise brewpub. Dark golden with small creamy head, lots of fine carbonation. Aroma is grassy and earthy. Taste brings a bit of crisp hops, complimenting the nice malts underneath.
