Inspired by a grapefruit tart that Whitney used to bake, featuring subtle flavors cardamom, vanilla, honey and a touch of salt.

Prominent tangerine and champagne flavors. Light but flavorful. Smooth and finely carbonated.

A: Light grapefruit, and spices, with faint salt and tartness.
A: bright light golden color, hazy, with a white mostly uniform head with solid retention and lacing in the glass.
T: Light grapefruit, followed by a light lemon and spice note, slightly sweet, with faint salt and tartness.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Alright; drinkable, with an interesting grapefruit and light spice aroma and flavor, but not everything came together well and the tartness could use more expression.
