Rather in the direction of a Flemish Red, but not... quite... there... it has a solid dark apricot color but the aroma seems a little scattered. Sour cherries are there, and a bit of funk, but it doesn’t quite form a whole. Taste is quite good - enthusiastically sour and more than a bit astringent, the cherries are strong, sitting on a pleasant woody funk. Feel is good but not great. It’s not the Dissident, but it is a worthy effort and very enjoyable.

Grunt fill at Albertsons. Flat pour, mahogany color. Fruity, tart aroma, apples. Taste is more fruit, a bit more tartness, apples, citrus, grapes. Dries out towards the end.
