Can 4 months over the "best by" date on the bottom, into a pint glass. Pale pink cherry color, strong cinnamon and cherry on the nose. Good carbonation. The taste is very sour up front, a hint of malt, into sour cherries and a twang of subtle yet present cinnamon, finishing slight and tart. Very refreshing and very dry finish. Clear red with an insignificant head. Nose and taste is as advertised - a blast of cherries with a sprinkle of cinnamon on a light malt base, ending abruptly in an earthy funk. More tart than sour.

On draught at Galloway's pub.

Pours a clear red, small head of foam that shrinks to a fine layer, does well with the lacing.

Smells of tart cherries, cinnamon, pretty basic but inviting.

Taste is cherries, cinnamon, a sweet and sour thing going on. Tasty and pl.pleasant to my palate. For the one beer.
