another tasty new one from their boise location, not overly cloudy or anything in the glass, and just super tasty and juicy overall without hardly any bitterness and absolutely zero greenness or over hopped bitey harshness, its so mellow and drinkable, dank and drippy and ripe with peach and mango tropical notes to it along with some sticky floral honey element. its also less malty than a lot of these, less body, less starch, less protein, less haze, and im into that, more refined, more drinkable, almost a west coast type without the bitterness, despite a little visual cloudiness, the intensity is up there like that too, and this is radiantly hoppy from start to finish with no drop off from the nose to the taste. resinous weed, a hint of pine, peach candy, dried mango, guava, summery but distinctive and less citrusy than most, i really like the hop profile on this and would love to know what they used. a touch of sweetness through the finish holds the hops on the tongue as long as possible, and while i wish for maybe a little bit more carbonation, i like the feel of this overall, superior to most hazy types of the current day for its drinkability. on the whole i thought this was excellent, as good as any of their hoppy stuff, and one that would make a fine addition to their packaged beer lineup, if they want to take it there. always a treat to hang at the boise, spot, great beers and food, never disappoints!
