12oz can served in a stemless glass. Beer is pale golden yellow, with good clarity, and a nice white head. Aroma is sweet and suggests kind of a corn flavor. Flavor matches that sweet caramel flavor with the bit of some German-adjacent hops which bring a tinge of bitterness, reaching a respectable balance. The mouthfeel is overly fizzy and these flavors are a bit off to me. As a German-Style Pilsner I don't think this is a great example, but it's probably (and I mean probably) more drinkable than a number of American Pilsners. Oh, 10 barrel.

have not seen this one out before now, a nice looking sixer and can, classic yellow beer motif, but very solid craft pils within, these guys do not get enough respect for high quality in my opinion, they do just about everything well. this is real clean and minimal beer, just a little bit of european character to the yeast, bready and crackery, drying and crispy, and making this finish up real fast so that the little bit of noble hops really pop on the finish, light spiciness, mowed lawn, and clean lime to them. there is a light straw note to the grain, summery and rustic, but this is also extremely well refined and the malt profile overall is quite light. some good water chemistry here too, its snappy and brisk. the carbonation is lively, the ferment is clean, and the drinkability is through the roof, all while this isnt boring in the least. simple beer in a lot of ways, but real well executed. i get just enough of the lager yeast for this to be old worldy, and its not so minimal that it doesnt work with heavier foods. an all night drinker, a crowd pleaser, and a tasty beer without trying to do too much. there are vastly superior craft pils types these days, but this fills a specific niche...

Look: Semi-clear pale yellow with a lively head that quickly rises and slowly pulls back, leaving minimal lacing behind
Aroma: Floral hops, pilsner malt, soda crackers, and a light wafting honey-like sweetness
Taste: Pilsner malt and flowers open things up nicely as a melody of candytuft, cherry blossoms, and butterfly bush appear amongst others. Cracker-like malt is ever-present and the mild honey-like note shows up right before pilsner malt and more flowers close it out
Mouthfeel: Light but full, very clean and crisp throughout, medium-high carbonation, and ever-so-slightly dry on the finish
Overall: I dig it. As a huge pilsner fan I’m always down for more breweries to have one in their lineup and given that I like these folks’ Pub Beer, which they call a Helles, I wanted to try it and wasn’t let down. A solid to good German Pilsner and very refreshing on this 100+ degree day in the PNW

12 oz can from a 6-pack bought from Safeway in West Salem.
$8.99
TRaditional looking clear light golden coloured body. Nice bubbly white head..leaves fantastic lace.
Aroma is very subdues..what it is is light caramel malts and floral hopping.
Nice taste quite balanced but the hops are there.Sweet. Better direct from can.
Mouthfeel is a bit of a problem..light but very low carbonation..leads to an accumulation of sweetness in the back of the tongue.
Its OK but so many better options nowadays.
