Bursting with juicy, hop-forward flavor, this double IPA is brewed for those who know there's never a wrong time to send it. Featuring Simcoe, Azacca, and Mosaic Cryo hops, this trifecta is a full-on assault of hop flavor and aroma.

Pours a slightly hazy golden with a decent head. Aroma is hoppy and sweet, with some malt notes. Taste is very good with a sweet hop taste. Very good IIPA. Another beer where you don't taste the alcohol and at 9% it could be dangerous. You have a nice bitterness with this beer also. 75 IBUs Rated 11-10-2022

Pours a clear golden yellow with a finger of foamy head that slowly settles to a thin cap with plenty of lacing. Faintest scent of pine maybe... wondering if this one's been on tap too long. Very clean, but uninspiring.

This is my favorite beer lately. I’ve been on a streak of trying new IPAs, and nothing so far has tasted better than this. The price point is amazing, too. It has the perfect balance between bitter and sweet. Smell when cracking the can is amazing. Really smooth going down, feels like a 5% beer but with quadruple the flavor. Wouldn’t mind drinking nothing but this for the next little while. Good on 10 Barrel for putting out something so tasty at such a good value. Highly recommend.

Appearance: Pours a clear golden color with a soapy white foam head. Leaves behind some sticky lacing.

Aroma: Malted grains, pineapple and citrus.

Taste: Danky up front well balanced with malltiness. Some slight citrus.

Overall: solid quality. Gives me an old school vibe. Definitely enjoyable.

•Poured into a Yeti Rambler cooler bottle, so I cannot comment on look/color.
•Smell is quite muted, especially for such a high ABV. I smell hay and grass.
•Taste: This is a very smooth beer, especially considering the ABV. Be aware that this is a heavy hitting double IPA that can easily masquerade as a session beer. The flavors are classical and smooth.
Feel: A very good, almost creamy, mouthful.
Overall: Pretty damn good. I've had (more than) my share of different high ABV beers, and this one is honest and giving. Highly recommended.

downright robust this one, sturdy on the alcohol and the hop intensity, cool to see something hoppy and clear these days too, i almost expect new hoppy beers to be hazy by default, so i was surprised by the golden sunny clarity this has from the tap, super thick white head too with great retention, a fine looking glass of beer indeed. the hop profile is familiar to me in the nose, seems mosaic driven, but also sort of spicy, almost a noble spice thing to my senses, some lemon rind, heady weed, and sticky pine, northwestern all the way, and supported well by some sweeter, fuller malts without getting into the redder, more toasted and richly flavored range, it stays as light as it reasonably can with all these hops. the ferment is impressively clean, and i dont mind them leaving a bit of sweetness in here, it makes the warming alcohol taste pretty good, and there is a place for that in the style still i reckon. honey and orange notes as it warms, pretty assertive bitterness, palate coating hoppy oily feel too, sturdy body. i couldnt drink more than one of these in most circumstances, but its tasty stuff, nice mix of hops on it and good intangibles. a dangerous afternoon pour!

I really like this DIPA. For a DIPA coming from a larger Brewery, it holds up well. Mass market IPAs usually cheap out with hops and refinement (also usually too foamy). 10 Barrel didn't make that mistake. They delivered a solid and simple DIPA. This IPA is smooth, hoppy, and high abv; it has everything I want.

Best by 31 Jan 22..i believe.
Stovepipe can be purchased from Plaid Pantry on Wallace in West Salem.
$3.00
Pours a pretty traditional burnt orange body with a lumpy/lacey off white head. Great lace retention.
Aroma is mainly of floral and faint citrus hops. Orange peel, lemon zest and wild flowers.
Taste is actually quite subdued. Given the date perhaps not surprising. It's nice and malty. but with light bitterness from the hops.
Mouth feel is fine for style. Medium body and medium carbonation. Semi sweet finish.
Not a bad "Bum IIPA" , but perhaps a month past peak freshness.
