Taster flight #2. Pale yellow, cloudy, ring of head. Aroma is faint , grainy, sweet. Taste is grainy and bready and more than makes up for the weak aroma. Tasty AF.

nicely refined, quite dry, bright and fresh, on tap at the boise location, such a gem that we are lucky to have here. the grain base seems a little lighter to me than some of their other hazy ones, both in appearance and in texture, its not heavy with starch and protein, which dont seem to be missing as vectors for all the hops, because the hops pop in this. white peach, sliced orange, a hint of chamomile and white tea, its springy and almost gets me feeling warmer weather vibes, a little bit of liquid sunshine. there is just a little blast of bitterness late in the flavor, a clean finish, and a juicy fruitiness that makes this distinctive because of the stone fruit and citrus notes together, id love to know what hops are in the mix here. even more tropical as it warms, guava and papaya, but its never sweet. well grounded by the malt but not weighed down at all, brightly carbonated, and tidy on the ferment. maybe not quite as thick and hazy as some prefer the style to be, but i like the extra cleaning up, think it flatters the hop profile, and it makes this mighty drinkable. all the new beers we had in here this weekend were excellent!
