We took a traditional Kolsch recipe and add a touch of debittered dark malts to create a crisp and light beer with a dark and complex soul.

Taster at 10 Barrel Boise. Dark brown pour, ring of beige head. Roasty aroma, bitter. Taste follows with more roasty flavors, light bitterness and a thin body.
