A: 1 finger tan head. Good retention leaving thick lacing. Brown body.
S: Good, but somewhat faint. Malty. Caramel mostly.
T: No shortage of flavor. Loads of caramel. Rich grains. Just enough earthy, bitter hops to keep it in perfect balance (while still malt forward).
M: Medium body. Fine, but lively carbonation. Smooth.
O: Delicious, balanced, well made, & easy to drink. Another winner from Marshall.

A chocolate brown in color, with a thin tan head. Aromas of freshly milled grain. Taste begins with some toasted grain, then some chocolate, followed by a grassy, lemony hop finish. Mouth feel is good. Overall a great Although that I hope they brew again!
